Fix: Update LinkedUp to work with Motoko base library

Overview

This PR intends to update LinkedUp to work with [email protected].

Changes

  • [x] Standard library is now imported via mo:base/[module]
  • [x] Standard library modules are now in PascalCase
  • [x] PrincipalId -> Principal 😄
  • [x] Bumped dfx version in dfx.json
