(feat) Start the Babble App with SteamVR natively

Good point. However, there are instances where the Babble App is used without the VRCFaceTracking module

HTC (eye only) and not face

Possibly relevant, this PR enables the Vive Facial Tracker's camera to be used with Project Babble. The current VRCFT Babble module should work for this as well: https://github.com/Project-Babble/ProjectBabble/pull/82

Do things work with ResoniteModLoader? Just a hunch, if YamlDotNet is giving you issues, it might be something to do with how MonkeyLoader loads things
