Blender 3 support

Does this still work in Blender 3 and above? Or is this now a built-in feature?

I tried loading the addon with newer versions of Blender but can no longer see the panorama camera tab?

Any hints would be much appreciated.

Blender versions from 2.8 do not work and will not load the addon saying it needs to be updated. Version 3 and above load the addon but the output is not stabilised and the Panorama tab does not show up in the tools panel.
