Can't edit tags before conversion.

Its a pretty weird behavior, but exactly as the title says, and something that used to work perfectly in the past. While setting a album and tidying up its tags before converting, no matter what changes I make in the window, nothing happens, can't even press Next/Previous to change track. Sorry but can't figure anything else about the issue or what might be happening, nothing shows up on console as well.

I found the same behavior. Application version: 3.0.1 5.62.0 OS: Linux (x86_64) release 4.19.57mamba-x86_64
