Vignette?

Hey @RemkoDuursma @dfalster this looks great--congratulations. I built BAAD from a clean copy of R 3.1.2 with no problems. Very slick, both the database and maker, which I was not aware of.

One suggestion: add a vignette, or extend the README, to include a sample analysis using the data. Something very simple, like plotting some X as a function of some Y, or viewing distribution of some Z.)
