Accessibility for blind hams?

I have friends and family with vision issues, and would like to open a discussion for long term planning of UHSDR accessibility for blind hams. I am inexperienced in the considerations needed, but I might volunteer my time to work on this in the future. Please post any implementation considerations I should keep in mind, so I know any hard limitations when I explore requirements and ideas with blind hams around this topic.
