Support for dynamic crafting recipes

Dynamic recipes are recipes that the client cannot predict through the CraftingDataPacket/ the recipe book and are instead created by the server based off of special conditions.

An API to support these dynamic recipes is also necessary.

Below is a list of all dynamic crafting recipes:
