HandleDeath isnt called if a player is killed during HandleQuit

This is a bit of a problematic issue. Currently we explicitly make sure HandleRespawn is always called before HandleQuit to prevent the player from already effectively being disconnected. Calling any other event after HandleQuit sounds like a recipe for disaster. I don't know how to deal with this.

Not sure if classifying this as a bug is accurate. I don't know what the right course of action is here. This is expected behaviour right now.
