xci update failed

Something failed!?
Is the selected XCI file a game and the NSP the update?

Needed time 5 seconds.

I have placed prod.keys and title.keys . I am sure that the XCI file is a game and the nsp file is the correct update of that game，but it failed when update xci.

The name of the game is "River City Saga Three Kingdoms",the latest update is v1.0.3.

The reason may be that the XCI file contains a update already. How to splite the xci file to base file and update file?
