Split screen vscode

Open BoudSTER opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Is your feature suggestion related to a problem? Please describe. When using Visual Studio Code (VSCode), I frequently utilize the splitscreen feature. However, I've noticed that the shortcut "Cmd+maj+J" (Cmd+Shift+J) doesn't consider the presence of a second screen (right).

Describe the solution you'd like I suggest implementing a feature that allows users to select a specific frame when using splitscreen. This way, users can choose which frame to focus on, even when working with multiple screens.

Describe alternatives you've considered I haven't really explored any other alternatives at the moment.

Thank you for creating this amazing extension! Your efforts are much appreciated.

Have a nice day !

Seconding this, homerow already allows for multiple frames while scrolling, but just doesn't recognize the internal vscode frames as separate scrollables.

It'd be even nicer if the frame that's currently selected in VSCode was already selected when you turn on homerow scroll, but I don't know how difficult that'd be.
