Activate homerow by long press(or double press) a key

Is your feature suggestion related to a problem? Please describe. keys combine takes multi fingers, it cost more than just long press a key

Describe the solution you'd like I want to activate homerow by using my left pinky long press button(or double press) for example "shift", so my other fingers are already standing by in the most natural position to type the tag names. There will be less context switching cost.

If you using mac you can achive this using karabiner. eg https://github.com/pqrs-org/Karabiner-Elements/issues/1667#issuecomment-496369908

Noticed that reducing the effort to activate Homerow is something people want (see #36). I'll pay more attention to this!

@goldlil thanks for the Karabiner script! I'm giving it a try for the next few days, if it doesn't interrupt with my normal typing I'll add this to the docs.

As for building this into the app, I might make a separate app for 'niche' bindings like hold key, double tap key, etc before I consider integrating it into Homerow, just so there's less refactoring on my end. Would y'all use a standalone app to do this / have other use cases for it?
