feat: port mbadolato/iterm2-color-schemes

  • Ports themes from https://github.com/mbadolato/iTerm2-Color-Schemes/tree/master/terminal
  • Fixes ./.tools/convert_conf.swift script path so that users can run ./.tools/generate_conf.sh from the root of the repo.

Assuming that the original themes were ported from https://github.com/lysyi3m/macos-terminal-themes, these themes have not been updated in over 2 years, whereas iterm2-color-schemes are frequently updated.
