Override Microsoft connector CA when connecting behind proxy

Problem Description

When running the DEX using the Microsoft connector from behind a corporate firewall, Microsoft's corresponding CA gets interjected by the proxy's CA. Unfortunately, I can't override the CA on request with the Microsoft connector.

Proposed Solution

Allow an option to override Microsoft's CA as is allowed for a number of other connectors available in DEX.
