Multiple `host` for LDAP connector

Hi,

I have a feature wish for multiple hosts in the LDAP connector. Today it seems that the LDAP connector can only connect to one LDAP server. I would like dex to support a HA LDAP setup.

This would be useful for our use case also, we often deploy into environments with multiple LDAP servers.
