Can you provide an online tool to create an opensearch plugin ? (Ready2Search seems down...)

Before i used this great online tool: Ready2Search Cf in documentation of developer.mozilla.org: Ready2Search - create OpenSearch plugins. Customized Search through Ready2Search

But it seems down now? Maybe you know a similar tool?

If not can you create one for us ?
