relevance extension no longer accessible

The OpenSearch relevance extension seems no longer accessible. Search engines refer to the current Github repository where it is not present either ... Can it be made visible again ?

The original specs are all available as .wiki files under the /mediawiki/ top-level directory. This one is here, for example:

I'm happy to merge pull requests to convert them one-by-one (unfortunately, they all require some by-hand cleanup) to markdown, if anyone is interested.
