Make document page responsive for mobile tablet

TIPS: you can use a dropdown type menu for table of content and make it sticky at top right, or you can work as you want.

Hi, I worked on this issue. It should be a pull request. Let me know what you think. I did not make it sticky at the top right, since there was already a dropdown button there on mobile device. I tried to make it similar to the SearchInput.jsx page. Let me know what you think and if there's a better way to implement this.
