A Proper message should display in case on accessing terminal

Describe the bug

A Proper message should display in case on accessing terminal and not having access to that.

To Reproduce

[ordered list the process to finding and recreating the issue, example below]

1. Give any user access other than admin and manager
2. Try to connect terminal with same user as above access.
3. You won't get any message there it will just show connecting....

Expected behavior

It should pop-up proper message about not having access to do so.

Current behavior

It just shows trying to connect and after some time give "it took longer than expected"
