Need a file upload option during the build process. This feature will allow users to upload necessary files directly within the Devtron interface, which can then be utilized throughout the build pipeline.

User needs to upload a specific configuration file required during build process. By using the file parameter, they can upload the configuration file when starting the build, and the pipeline script can then reference this file when executing deployment tasks.
