Feature: Need an option to specify Dockerfile Location in UI

When creating a Dockerfile using the "Create Dockerfile" option, the system defaults to the path specified in the selfDockerFile mode ("I have a Dockerfile"). Users currently cannot write a custom location for the Dockerfile during its creation in 'Create Dockerfile' option.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

Some users have encountered issues when switching from the "I have a Dockerfile" mode to the "Create Dockerfile" mode. If they forget to clear the path in the selfDockerFile mode, the new Dockerfile is created at that unintended location.
