Bug: [Pager] We are not able to delete the CD pipeline(as part of deployment group and this feature has been depreciated)

📜 Description

We wanted to delete the CD pipeline , but since starting it is part of Deployment group , Now As we have depreciated the this Deployment group , we should remove this flow from API as well in delete api flow.

It should delete the CD pipeline irrespective the Deployment group .
