Pass proper release names in compare manifest option

👟 Reproduction steps

Use any chart and try compare manifest generation option

👍 Expected behavior

It should have appId, envId values as well as release name for templating should be used which will be used for final deployment

👎 Actual Behavior

it doesn't use the same release name for templating as well as appId and envId aren't propagated
