Feature: Include scan results for apps with no CD in the Security Scan page

🔖 Feature description

• Currently in the Security Scan page we only show the scan results for apps with CD configured
• If some app has only CI configured, we don't show any scan result on the Security Scan page

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

• This will be more convenient to keep a record of all the scan result of any image.
