Bug: Cloned Job Pipeline are not getting added in Resource watcher.

📜 Description

While adding job pipelines (both normal and cloned) in the resource watcher, the normal pipelines are added successfully, but the cloned pipelines are not.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create one job and also clone that job.
2. Create a Resource browser and add a cloned job application to it.
3. Not getting the option of Cloned job application in Run devtron job pipeline.
4. So, we are not able to add it.

👍 Expected behavior

It should get added.

👎 Actual Behavior

We are not getting the option of a cloned job application in the Run devtron job pipeline. so, not getting added.
