Feature: Improvement in Notifier

🔖 Feature description

- When setting up the notifications, users should have the option to select multiple pipelines simultaneously. Additionally, they should be able to filter their choices based on criteria such as:
a) Environment (e.g., Development, Testing, Production)
b) Cluster (e.g., specific cluster names or identifiers)
c) Environment with Prod tag

- Furthermore, there should be an intuitive feature allowing users to edit their configured notifications, enabling them to make changes easily without having to recreate the notification from scratch. This feature should support modifications to the selected pipelines, environments, and clusters.

- There should be option to select all future envs for a given cluster as well.

This enhancement will help users to set up notifications for multiple pipelines in a single step, Edit feature will help the users maintaining continuity and accuracy in notification setup without having to start from scratch,
