Bug: Stack Manager shows some modules (Build & Deploy, GitOps, Notifications, Monitoring) as installed when installing Devtron without any integrations

📜 Description

I installed Devtron locally on a new kind cluster using helm install devtron devtron/devtron-operator \ --create-namespace --namespace devtroncd.

However, in the stack manager, it shows the Build & Deploy, GitOps, Notifications, Monitoring modules have already been installed.

I also tried running the same on a different device, where we saw that the CI CD and GitOps module were installed.

👟 Reproduction steps

Install devtron without any integrations using helm install devtron devtron/devtron-operator \ --create-namespace --namespace devtroncd

👍 Expected behavior

The stack manager should not show any installed modules

👎 Actual Behavior

The Stack Manager shows some modules as installed
