Bug: Hide build args functionality is not working

Hide build args functionality is not working . During build it is printing the args which is a security concern.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Add token in build args
2. Add variable in Devtron configmap SHOW_DOCKER_BUILD_ARGS: false
3. Try to buildconfig map

👍 Expected behavior

It should hide build args during build

👎 Actual Behavior

Functionality is breaking unable to hide build args
