delete a namespace from resource browser and try to delete a cd of the namespace that time we can't delete

👟 Reproduction steps

1. create a devtron app with 'X' namespace.
2. delete the namespace from resource browser.
3. then again come to the devtron app try to delete the cd it not deleted

👍 Expected behavior
