Bug: The search Tab in the Manifest is Unstable

📜 Description

After delving into any application on the dashboard, when we go to the app detail page and select Manifest and then search something by using "ctrl+F", the search tab remains unstable whenever we scroll the page.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Select any Application in the dashboard.
2. Go the app detail page.
3. Open Manifest.
4. Click on any line of the manifest page.
5. Now, press "ctrl + F" for searching something.
6. Check the position of the Search Tab that appears after that.
7. Now scroll the Manifest page up or down.
8. You'll see the Search tab is not available.

👍 Expected behavior

When we scroll the Manifest Page, the search tab shall reamin at it's fixed position or should have a fixed position. It should not deviate it's position with the page scroll.

👎 Actual Behavior

Whenever we scroll the Mnaifest Page up, the search tab disappears or goes extreme upwards and loses it's position.
