Feature: Need AppName and EnvName in resources of devtronApp

in resources of devtron app

we are adding labels as appId envId

we can also add appName envName

NOTE we can get the appname and env name in pod name but using labels make it easy and reliable source of information

• want to track cost based on label
• use the labels for selectors
