Jobs with ttl shows missing in app details once they are completed

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Add a Job in rawYaml with ttl value
2. Trigger a deployment

👍 Expected behavior

If the job was completed successfully, ignore the status as well as resource, similar to what argocd does

👎 Actual Behavior

The resource is always present in missing state which changes the app status as well to missing state
