Bug: Adding security policy on application level not visible on UI

📜 Description

When we added a security policy for specific CVE on the application level it did not show on UI after saving it.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Enable image scanning for application
2. Add a policy to allow or block on application level
3. Save it and check the page

👍 Expected behavior

Added policy should show on the UI.

👎 Actual Behavior

It does not show on the UI
