Feature: Display the reason for application pod restarts on the Devtron UI

🔖 Feature description

Currently, when a Devtron app restarts due to reasons like OOMKILL, code errors, or liveness failures, we need to manually access the pod manifests to identify the container restart reasons or inspect the pod events to pinpoint containers with failing liveness probes.

To enhance visibility, we aim to provide a feature that displays relevant information directly on the application page in the UI.
