🐛 Bug Report: Issues in Deployment status breakdown

📜 Description

3 Known cases are there:

1. In case of hibernation - status is stuck in progressing
2. In case of auto deployments this is happening
3. When triggered deployment without making any changes

• in many cases like only configmap updates - Status getting healthy with cron but have to wait for cron to update this had configmap update and it's still stuck in progressing
