ID3: Make synced lyrics available in 'other.lyrics' (LRC format)

The LRC format has become common for embedding synchronized lyrics in different audio formats. It makes sense to convert ID3 SYLT frames to this format, to make it possible for users to feed the contents to a LRC parser.
