XMP Support ... sorta
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a user who is trying to read an MP4 that has metadata embedded as Adobe XMP format.
Describe the solution you'd like Adding pure XMP support is likely too much for the project. So what would be nice is to have is if the atom is determined to be XMP, to be able to pull that out and then pass it back to the caller to deal with. (In my particular case, I'm going to process it with xmptools)
Describe alternatives you've considered It isn't so much as a "considered" as more like I'm going to monkeypatch XMP support into TinyTag directly.

Is it essentially an XML document? Exposing it as a field in the tag.other dict should be fine then.
