fc-layer 包中的 Layer.publish() 未适配 zipFilePath 导致无法兼容 layer-fc 插件

fc-layer 0.0.20 版在调用 Layer.publish() 时未能正确的处理 codeConfig.zipFilePath 字段, 导致无法使用 layer-fc 插件修改函数的自定义运行环境.
