Can this work with ROS Kinetic

Hi! Great work on this devcontainer. I am still supporting a few ROS kinetic packages for my clients that havent been updated. Trying to facilitate several dev envs I came across this repo. I'm trying to modidy the Dockerfile in order to make it work with Kinetic but there are many errors finding packages / etc.. Has / can this be done?
