Just a heads-up: PostgreSQL 18 RC1 will be out this Thursday (4 September). GA is currently planned at 25 September /cc @GeoffMontee
ping. v18 is due next week.
We can include later for sure, but this may prevent people from either testing v18 or upgrading to v18 is they are using tds_fdw already.
