Handle anonymous radar views correctly

There are several issues with the behavior or anonymous radars at the moment.

1. browsing there shows the menu item "Me", should be labeled something generic like "Radar"..nor not show up at all?
2. going back to home still shows "Me", as well as the login button

Proposed fix: Use "Radar" that is only visible on the "/@xyz" route itself for non-logged in users, "Me" should only be visible to logged in users
