Purpose TODO MVC Addition

Because the TODO MVC in #89 is far cleaner tan the one on TODOMVC website. This is the version that better suites <to-do-mvc>.

might just be slow moving, but it's a well known project and folks still look for it AFAIK. that said if it's dead it's dead, jim.

@brandondees @kurtcagle @tmornini @brandondees slow and steady wins this race! This looks promising. Looks like we can go ahead and implement <to-do-mvc> then submit that todomvc from work done on <to-do> in #89 as @halorium suggested for a familiar-to-users example! 🎉
