[FEATURE REQUEST] : add an inline chat prompt popup in the editor

overview here is a really quick example :

It would be an enhancement in term of ergonomy as ask actions coulb be trigerrable directly in this inline chat input.

In a first move it can trigger the prompt execution and render a reponse in the current PromptOutputArea

In a next iteration it would be able to write code directly in the editor at the caret selection location.
