Not compatible with bootstrap CSS

I wanted to include this slider in my bootstrap theme but it was of no use, because of bootstrap.min.css the slider doesn't take left image (last image in the queue )on loading the page. And when I unlink the BS css file it again works perfectly. Kindly fix this issue otherwise it is a good slider.
