Is it possible to compile and run the app in the Windows environment (apart from wsl)?

Thanks for your report. Could you try to compile and run the latest (recently rebased) ipod_touch_2g branch?

Unfortunately no. The machine does not appear on the list. Have you tried to compile it on Windows yourself?
