qemu-ios

just one quick question, to everyone here...
has there been a utm file made of this whether by the creator or by somebody else, running this on an actual iPhone would be cool
It could be possible, but since this is (from what I know so far) a heavily modified QEMU fork, porting this functionality over to UTM would prove to be very difficult or just not feasible at all.
What is possible is to create a fork of this modified QEMU build for iOS devices, but I am not the right guy for the job. Maybe someone with experience will do such a thing in the future. Who knows?
I'll see if I can give it a try! I tried doing this before, but never got the chance :p
@Opuqide I would really appreciate if you did that... (I don't know all this nerdy stuff about compiling and whatnot 😭
@bruh830 I haven't started yet, I got sidetracked (i has adhd 😭) and I'll have to do it by the time I'm home!
@Opuqide I would really appreciate it if you did! Thanks for helping… if you remember 😅
I just said the same intro sentence 😭
@Opuqide i hast a question, are you compiling a UTM ipa that’s compatible or are you compiling an .UTM configuration file?
@bruh830 i think UTM has the qemu commands in the resources in it's application bundle so no
the mac version does have them, i don't know about the iOS version though
@pullobi Thanks for the info! I just through it would be cool to see an old system like an iPod Touch 1st gen on an iPhone :3
@bruh830 UTM is open source, so you can find it at https://github.com/utmapp/UTM, all you need to do is compile it and make sure the appropriate include paths in the Build Settings of the software in Xcode.
@Opuqide i ain't good at this 😭 if I could compile it on my own but... I'm quite lazy tbh, and if you don't want to do it, it's fine with me
