How do I add this plugin to Qemu?

I already have a copy of the standard Qemu emulator on my PC. How do I add the qemu-ios plugin to it?

qemu-ios isn't a plugin, it's a fork of QEMU. Meaning it's a whole separate thing. If you just compile the arm emu binary you won't have to compile the whole of QEMU again though
