Dude, you can not build it using JUST MSYS2 Mingw64. See https://github.com/devos50/qemu-ios/blob/ipod_touch_2g/RUNNING.md.

ok so I run the firs command and it gives me a choiche from 1 to 19, wich I need tho choose??
