Add static IPv6 address

I would like to add some static IPv6 addresses to the hosts file on the machines in my vagrant environment. The addresses are configured over /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1:ip6 I know the alias is not necessary but since the address is configured over puppet it seemed easier to do it that way.

Is there a possibility to archieve this?
