eclipse: preinstall m2e plugins

setup should by default also install m2e plugins such as m2e connector for build-helper-maven-plugin.

Plugin ID is org.sonatype.m2e.buildhelper so we only need to figure out the update site and then we can create a properties file for the plugin.
