Gcloud is not working on MacOS

Expected behavior

As a devonfw-ide MacOS user I want to install Google Cloud CLI, so that I can use it for my projects.

Actual behavior

devonfw-ide installed python and pip using homebrew automatically and reported that gcloud is not supported on the operation system

Steps to reproduce (bug) / Use Case of feature request (enhancement)

1. Run devon gcloud
